In India Politics is a a career opted by the most of the people who failed in deciding a career at early age.The engineers,doctors,IAS,MBAs are those who are born through well structured education system.What about politics.There is no formal education for this career.
I think this is right time to think for a set up of Indian Political Services.The Government due to limitation of constitution in democratic country can not take initiative.NGOs can think to introduce this concept. Like CAT and GATE score there can be an examination for Indian Political Services and scores obtained by the candidate can be declared in the constituencies during election.
